Susan is a legally qualified professional with extensive international experience. Australian born and educated, Susan began her legal career in private practice in Sydney, specialising in employment law.
Moving to London in the early 1990s, Susan spent more than a decade in senior HR-facing legal and corporate ethics roles within law firms and FTSE 500 companies in the banking and energy sectors. She has worked in the US, Europe, the Middle East, South America, Africa and Southeast Asia. Susan is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Australia, England and Wales.
Susan practices and speaks on the application of trauma-informed methods in investigations work, and also delivers training in investigations to clients’ staff.
